For over 70 years, the San Antonio Farms business (formerly known as Van De Walle Farms) has been operating in San Antonio, Texas. Our roots began in the early 1900s as a farming operation and later transitioned into Mexican sauces production.

From its humble beginnings, the San Antonio Farms business has evolved to become a leading producer of Mexican sauces in the U.S. market. Our company exports the unique flavors of its hometown, San Antonio, to many of our nation’s favorite retailers, as well as foodservice venues.

Today, our traditional flavor, ingredient freshness and authenticity continue to drive our business as it has done in the past. We look forward to a bright future and to have you as part of our tradition of success.

New Beginnings | BVF History

In April, 2007 San Antonio Farms was acquired by TreeHouse Foods to join the Bay Valley Foods family of consumer product goods. This acquisition represented a fine combination of private label expertise with quality mexican sauces.
